Hva gjør Fordøyelsesstøtte?

It contains enzymes and Betaine HCl that support stomach acid production, breakdown of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates – and can help reduce bloating, discomfort, and acid reflux.

Is it suitable for me if I have IBS, reflux, or food intolerances?

Digestive support is designed to aid the digestion process itself – not as a medicine. Many people with IBS-like symptoms, bloating, discomfort after meals, or food intolerances find that targeted enzymes and gentle ingredients make meals easier to handle. Reactions vary from person to person, so it’s best to start with a low dose and increase as needed.

When do people notice effects?

Some notice a difference within the first few days, especially regarding bloating and heaviness. For others, it takes 1–2 weeks before digestion feels more regular. It is completely normal for the response to vary.

How should it be used for best effect?

Take 1 capsule just before a meal, and 2 if the meal is larger or more difficult to digest. Most people do not need more than this.

Yes, it is designed for daily use. You can also use it only for heavier meals.
