What is PureNordic?

We make dietary supplements developed to support your body – with clean ingredients, high quality, and solutions tailored to each individual.

Are your products safe?

Yes. All our products are approved by the Norwegian Food Safety Authority and produced according to strict Norwegian quality standards. We select the highest-quality ingredients – safe for daily use.

How long does it take to notice an effect?

Most people experience improvement within one to two weeks. How quickly you notice an effect depends on the product and your body – some people need a little longer before the supplements take full effect.

Can I take multiple supplements at the same time?

Yes. Several of our products are designed to be combined and support different aspects of your health. Follow the recommended dosage for each product, or take our health test for personalised guidance.

Where are your products made?

Everything is developed and produced in Norway under strict production requirements, using high-quality ingredients from selected suppliers.

Why do the products have a slightly sweet taste?

The sweetness comes from plant-based glycerin – a natural ingredient extracted from vegetable oils such as coconut. It provides a mild, pleasant taste that may vary slightly between products depending on the vitamins and extracts.

Where does the silicon in the products come from?

Our silicon is extracted from limestone quartz and has been in production for over 25 years. It is carefully formulated for high bioavailability and is known to support:

  • Skin – elasticity and regeneration
  • Nails and hair – structure and strength
  • Bones – calcium structuring and mineralisation
  • Joints and tendons – regeneration and elasticity
  • Collagen – natural production and tissue structure
How do I know which supplements I need?

Take our vitamin and mineral test. It gives you an overview of what your body needs more of, so you can choose the right products for you.

How does the vitamin and mineral test work?

The test maps the levels of vitamins and minerals in your body and provides insight into which nutrients you need more of. The results form the basis for our personal supplement recommendation.

Why can the results from the spectrophotometry test differ from blood tests?

The two tests measure different things:

  • The spectrophotometry test measures nutrients at the cellular level – in other words, what is actually available to and used by the cells over time.
  • Blood tests show the serum level at that exact moment and vary quickly with diet, stress, and fluid intake.

Both provide valuable information, but in different ways: spectrophotometry shows the long-term condition, while the blood test provides a snapshot.

Why does the spectrophotometry test show normal iron levels while a blood test shows low iron levels?

The tests measure iron in two different states:

  • Spectrophotometry shows iron stored in and available to the cells – the body’s long-term reserves.
  • The blood test shows iron in serum right now, which fluctuates with diet and day-to-day condition.

It is completely normal for iron stores to be full (normal on the cell test) while serum is low – which can still cause symptoms of iron deficiency. The tests complement each other.

What is the delivery time?

We usually ship within 1–2 business days, and delivery normally takes 3–5 business days. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as the package is on its way.

How do I order your products?

You can easily order directly from our website. We offer secure payment and deliver the package to your home.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes – on orders over a certain value. You can find the updated shipping threshold at checkout.

Can I change or cancel an order after it has been placed?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately we cannot change it, but you may make use of your right of return when you receive the item. See returns and right of withdrawal below for more information.

What are your privacy policies?

We take privacy seriously. All personal information you share with us is treated confidentially and used only to process your order or contact you about important updates. You can read more about our privacy policy on our website.

Returns and right of withdrawal

When purchasing goods on purenordic.life, we comply with the right of withdrawal in accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act, which gives you the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. Please note that products purchased on purenordic.life must be returned directly to our warehouse and cannot be returned to physical stores.

Please note that many of the products we sell, such as dietary supplements and vitamins, are classified as food products and are therefore not covered by the right of withdrawal. This includes, among other things, dietary supplements, detox products, and similar items.

To return products or exercise your right of withdrawal, you must always contact customer service for approval and to receive a withdrawal form before sending the goods back. The right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date you receive the goods.

Once we have received and processed the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price of the products, provided that they are unused and undamaged. This also applies to other products that are not exempt from the right of withdrawal.

You have the right to use the right of withdrawal for used goods, but this may result in a reduction in value based on the condition of the item. This only applies to products that are not exempt from the right of withdrawal, such as products where the seal has been broken for reasons of health or hygiene, or products that have deteriorated over time.

Return shipping is covered by the buyer. PureNordic does not collect return parcels sent without prepaid postage. For more information, you can contact us by email: it@purenordic.life.
