PureNordic AS processes your personal data securely. This page describes how we process your personal data.

 Data controller

The CEO is, on behalf of PureNordic AS, the data controller for the company's processing of personal data.

 

Personal data stored

We store the following personal data about our customers:

Name, address, phone number, and email address of customers who have made purchases with us, created an account on bioform.no, or signed up for our newsletter.

In addition, we store purchase history and behavior patterns on our website to provide an improved customer journey for our customers. This data is anonymized and used only to ensure that you as a customer receive the best possible recommendations from us on our websites and in newsletters.

 

Purpose of processing

We process the data to fulfill our obligations under the agreement with you and to comply with Norwegian law regarding accounting legislation and other relevant legal bases.

We also use the data to provide you with information, offers, and service related to your purchase via email, phone, SMS, and postal mailings.

We use purchase history and behavior patterns on the website and email to provide recommendations and advertising tailored to each individual user.

Advertising via email and SMS is only sent to users who have explicitly chosen to receive it; all communication from us includes information on how you can unsubscribe from email and SMS lists.

 

Basis for processing

Information about name, address, phone, and email address is used to fulfill the purchase agreement. The basis for this processing is GDPR Article 6 (b).

Where you have consented, the data is also used to provide you with information, offers, and service related to your purchase via email, phone, and SMS. The basis for this processing is the GDPR Article 6 (a). You can refuse to receive such information from us at any time.

 

Collection of personal data

Personal data is collected via our online store when purchasing, registering an account, or signing up for our newsletters through relevant registration forms. Newsletter subscription requires explicit consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Example:

Option 1: We store the personal data you have provided on our websites in connection with your purchase.

Option 2: We store the personal data you have provided to our employees in connection with your purchase.

Option 3: We store the personal data you have provided in the newsletter registration form.

Disclosure of information to third parties

We will not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise disclose personal data to others unless we are legally obligated to do so.

Service providers necessary to operate our websites and systems sometimes have access to personal data as this is necessary for them to perform their work. In these cases, the processing of personal data is subject to a separate data processor agreement that describes their responsibilities and obligations regarding how personal data should be handled. All subcontractors are subject to the same obligations as Bioform AS has towards you as a customer.

 

Deletion of personal data

Information we have received in connection with your purchase is stored in our active customer register for 5 years.

Information we are obliged to retain under the Accounting Act will be stored for up to 5 years, in accordance with the law's requirements.

Information you have provided in connection with newsletter registration, etc., will be stored as long as you are an active user with us or notify us that this should be deleted.

For deletion of your personal data in our systems, contact kundeservice@bioform.no by e-mail who will help you process your request and delete all data that does not need to be retained due to other legal provisions (e.g., the Accounting Act).

 

Rights of the data subject

We process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act and applicable regulations. Please note that you can request access to and transfer of your personal data, as well as request correction or deletion of information. All inquiries regarding this should be sent by e-mail to kundeservice@bioform.no

Complaints can be made to the Data Protection Authority regarding processing in violation of the rules.
