Guidelines for privacy

PureNordic AS processes your personal data in a secure manner. This page describes how we process your personal data.

Data controller

The managing director is, on behalf of PureNordic AS, the data controller for the company's processing of personal data.

Personal data that is stored

We store the following personal data about our customers:

Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address of customers who have made purchases with us, created an account on bioform.no, or signed up for our newsletter.

We also store purchase history and behavior patterns on our website in order to provide an improved customer journey for our customers. This data is anonymised and used only so that we can ensure that you as a customer receive the best possible recommendations from us on our websites and in our newsletter.

Purpose of the processing

We process the information in order to be able to carry out our obligations according to agreement with you, and to be able to fulfill our obligations in relation to Norwegian law with regard to accounting legislation and other relevant statutory bodies.

We also use the information to be able to provide you with information, offers and service in connection with your purchase via e-mail, telephone, SMS and postal mailings.

We use purchase history and behavior patterns on the website and email to be able to provide recommendations and advertising that are adapted to each individual user.

Advertising via e-mail and SMS is only sent out to those users who have explicitly wished to receive this, all communication from us includes information on how you can unsubscribe from e-mail and SMS lists.

The basis of the treatment

Information about name, address, telephone, e-mail address is used to fulfill the purchase agreement. The basis for this processing is Article 6 (b) of the Personal Protection Regulation.

Where you have consented to this, the information is also used to provide you with information, offers and service in connection with your purchase via e-mail, telephone and SMS. The basis for this processing is the Personal Protection Regulation Art 6 (a). You can refuse to receive such information from us at any time.

Collection of personal data

Personal information is collected via our online shop when purchasing, registering an account, or via signing up for our newsletters via relevant registration forms. Signing up to the newsletter requires explicit approval, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Example:

Option 1: We store the personal data you have provided on our website in connection with your purchase.

Option 2: We store the personal data you have provided to our employees in connection with your purchase.

Option 3: We store the personal data you have submitted in the newsletter registration form.

We use cookies on our website to give you who visit the site the best customer experience and service. The Act on Electronic Communications requires us to inform our visitors about the use of cookies. Read more about the use of cookies here.

Disclosure of information to third parties

We will not share, sell, transfer or in any other way disclose personal data to others, unless we are legally obliged to do so.

Providers of services that are necessary to operate our websites and systems in certain cases have access to personal data as this is necessary for them to be able to carry out their work. In these cases, the processing of personal data is subject to a separate data processor agreement that describes their responsibilities and obligations for how the personal data is to be processed. All subcontractors are subject to the same obligations that Bioform AS has towards you as a customer.

Deletion of personal data

Information that we have received in connection with your purchase is stored in our active customer register for 5 years.

Information that we are obliged to keep under the Bookkeeping Act will be stored for up to 5 years, in accordance with the law's requirements.

Information you have provided in connection with signing up for newsletters etc. will be stored as long as you are an active user with us, or give notice that this should be deleted.

To delete your personal data in our systems, please contact kundeservice@bioform.no by e-mail, who will help you process your inquiry and have all data that does not have to be stored as a result of other laws (e.g. Bookkeeping Act) deleted. .

Rights of the data subject

We process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act and applicable regulations. Please note that you can request access to and transfer of your own personal information, as well as request correction or deletion of information. All inquiries regarding this should be sent by e-mail to kundeservice@bioform.no

Complaints can be made to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority about processing in breach of the rules.

We secure your personal information by both physical and virtual access and access control, as well as by encrypting sensitive parts of the information provided.
