When purchasing goods on purenordic.no, we follow the right of withdrawal in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act, which gives you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. Please note that products bought on purenordic.no must be returned directly to our warehouse, and cannot be returned in physical stores.

Please note that many of the products we sell, such as nutritional supplements and vitamins, are classified as foodstuffs and are therefore not covered by the right of withdrawal. This includes dietary supplements, detox products and the like.

To return products or make use of the right of withdrawal, you must always contact customer service for approval and to receive a right of withdrawal form before sending the goods back. The right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from when you receive the goods.

Once we have received and processed the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price of the products, provided they are unused and undamaged. This also applies to other products that are not exempt from the right of withdrawal.

You have the right to use the right of cancellation on used goods, but this may result in a reduction in value based on the condition of the goods. This only applies to products that are not exempt from the right of withdrawal, such as products where the seal has been broken for reasons of health protection or hygiene, or products that have deteriorated over time.
