I have never been a picture of health. I have a serious heart disease behind me. Due to a weakened immune system, I often had colds and infections, and in high school, I had 11 sore throats in six months.
A few years ago, after returning home from an internship in the USA, my health and heart condition worsened significantly, and I also developed thyroid problems, missed periods, and extra weight that I had never had trouble with before.
The situation forced me to carry out a full diagnostic on my own to look for the causes of my deteriorated health and weight gain. All the symptoms indicated that something was wrong.
From the diagnostics, I learned that I had an enlarged heart ventricle, valve failure, food intolerance, a disturbed and reduced thyroid gland with tumors, unregulated carbohydrate metabolism, insulin resistance, endometrial atrophy, and a diagnosis that I probably would not become pregnant.
My body, exhausted from excessive exertion and stress related to the internship period, definitely couldn't keep up with the pace.
