Digestive support is designed to aid the digestion process itself – not as a medicine. Reactions vary from person to person, so it’s best to start with a low dose and increase as needed.

When do people notice effects?

Some notice a difference within the first few days, especially regarding bloating and heaviness. For others, it takes 1–2 weeks before digestion feels more regular. It is completely normal for the response to vary.

How should it be used for best effect?

Take 1 capsule just before a meal, and 2 if the meal is larger or more difficult to digest. Most people do not need more than this.
